Tal Kalimyan

 

Tal manages the firm and specializes in corporate litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to establishing the firm, Tal served as an intern and associate attorney at Shibolet & Co. He worked in the litigation department and oversaw cases on corporate, liquidation, and class action lawsuits. Tal has lectured at the College of Management School of Law and served as a practitioner for several law faculties throughout Israel. Tal earned an LLB in Law and Business from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) and is fluent in English, Hebrew and Arabic. 

 

Ariel Gratch

 

Ariel Gratch has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association and the Bar Association of New York for over 35 years. He completed his LLB with honors at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Ariel served as a clerk at the Israeli Supreme court under the Honorable Judge Zvi Berenson and later became a senior partner at a New York law firm which specialized in corporate law. Ariel served as a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. 

 

Netanel Rozenstein

 

Born in Israel, 1986. Admitted to the Israeli Bar, 2017. Member of the Israeli Bar. Netanel earned an LLB in Law from the Ono Academic College (First Class Honours; Magna Cum Laude). Prior to joining the firm, Netanel served as an intern at Yigal Arnon & Co. and oversaw cases on commercial and civil lawsuits.
